No matter how bad things are there is still always at least one tiny thing that is good. Self realization and self worth is so important and when people try and put you down and stifle you it's your job to lift yourself back up. run with it
a bad day turns into a bad week that turns into a bad month (or two, or three). time to start fresh once again and try and embrace the good, whatever that be. where there is darkness there must also be light and how so many doors close it's time to open one.. at least inspirationally speaking. c'est la vie.
